Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AIREZ websites, the AIREZ customer portal, and related informational services operated by AIREZ, Inc. By accessing these services, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of the organization you represent, and you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Where a separate written agreement governs an enterprise deployment of the AIREZ platform, that agreement controls with respect to the deployed services, and these terms apply only to the extent not inconsistent with it.

AIREZ provides a Physical Intelligence platform that unifies sensing systems, applies multi-model artificial intelligence, and delivers operational intelligence to enterprise environments. The websites and portal covered by these terms provide product information, event and career resources, business inquiry mechanisms, and authorized access to customer-facing platform functionality.

• Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries, registrations, or applications.
• Safeguard authentication credentials and promptly report suspected compromise.
• Use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your organization's authorization.
• Comply with applicable export control, sanctions, privacy, and sector-specific regulations.

The AIREZ platform, websites, software, documentation, models, interfaces, designs, and all related intellectual property are owned by AIREZ, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The AIREZ name, logo, and product names are marks of AIREZ, Inc. No right or license is granted except as expressly stated in these terms or a written agreement.

You may view and print materials from these websites for internal business evaluation. Any other reproduction, redistribution, modification, framing, scraping, or derivative use requires prior written consent.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services except under an authorized program.
• Do not interfere with the availability, integrity, or performance of the services.
• Do not use automated means to extract content or reverse engineer platform behavior.
• Do not use the services to develop a competing product or to benchmark without written consent.
• Do not upload malicious code or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

The AIREZ platform applies artificial intelligence and orchestration across multiple models to interpret physical-world signals. AI-generated detections, classifications, summaries, and recommendations are probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are intended to support qualified human judgment, not to replace it.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it and for maintaining appropriate human oversight in any workflow with operational, safety, security, legal, or regulatory consequences. AIREZ makes no representation that AI output is error-free or suitable for autonomous decision-making absent an express written agreement describing that use.

Features described on these websites may be in development, limited availability, or planned for future release, and are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on these websites constitutes a commitment to deliver any functionality, capability, or roadmap item. Service availability commitments, if any, are set out in the applicable customer agreement.

The AIREZ platform interoperates with third-party sensors, hardware, cloud services, AI model providers, and enterprise systems. Those products are governed by their own terms, and AIREZ does not control and is not responsible for their availability, performance, security practices, or content. References to third parties do not imply endorsement or a partnership beyond what is separately documented.

Except as expressly provided in a written agreement, the websites and informational services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AIREZ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIREZ, Inc. and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to use of these websites and informational services, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIREZ, Inc. and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the services in violation of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these terms will be the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.

Pending legal reviewDispute resolution, arbitration, and venue provisions are subject to legal review.

AIREZ may revise these terms as our services and legal obligations evolve. The effective date and last updated date appear at the top of this page, and prior versions are retained. Continued use of the services after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
