Information We Collect
AIREZ collects information necessary to operate our website, provide platform services to enterprise customers, respond to business inquiries, and maintain the security and reliability of our systems. The categories of information we collect depend on how you interact with us — as a visitor to our website, as an authorized user of a customer deployment, or as a representative of a prospective customer or partner.
Where AIREZ processes information on behalf of an enterprise customer within a deployed environment, that customer is the controller of the information and AIREZ acts as a processor under the terms of the applicable customer agreement and data processing terms.
02

AI and Product Improvement
The AIREZ platform applies artificial intelligence, including orchestration across multiple AI models, to interpret sensor and operational signals. AIREZ does not use enterprise customer environment data to train third-party foundation models, and customer data is not shared between customer deployments.
AIREZ may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify an individual or a customer environment to evaluate model performance, improve detection quality, and advance platform capability. Human review remains part of the platform's design philosophy, and material decisions are structured to keep a person in the loop.
Pending legal reviewModel-specific processing terms, retention periods, and subprocessor disclosures are being finalized and will be referenced from this section.
07
Communications
AIREZ may send business communications relating to inquiries, deployments, service notices, events, and product developments. Service and security notices are operational and may not be opted out of while an account or engagement is active. Marketing communications include an unsubscribe mechanism in every message.
08
Third-Party Services
AIREZ engages established service providers to operate our business. These providers are engaged under written agreements that restrict use of information to the services they perform for AIREZ.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Customer relationship management and marketing operations platforms.
- Website and product analytics services.
- Communications, email delivery, and scheduling services.
- Identity, authentication, and access management providers.
- Security monitoring, logging, and compliance tooling.

AIREZ does not sell personal information. We share information only as described in this policy: with service providers acting on our instructions; with an enterprise customer whose deployment or authorized users the information relates to; with professional advisors; in connection with a corporate transaction; and where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AIREZ, our customers, or the public.
10
Security
AIREZ maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. Controls include access management, network segmentation, encryption in transit, logging and monitoring, and structured incident response.
Pending legal reviewSpecific control descriptions, certifications, and audit artifacts will be described in the AIREZ security documentation and provided to enterprise customers under review.
11
Data Retention
AIREZ retains information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to satisfy legal, contractual, tax, and audit obligations, and to resolve disputes. Retention periods for information processed within a customer deployment are governed by the applicable customer agreement and configured retention settings.
12
International Transfers
AIREZ is headquartered in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where information is transferred from a jurisdiction that restricts international transfers, AIREZ relies on an appropriate transfer mechanism and applies safeguards consistent with applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests may be submitted to the contact address below and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
If your information is processed within an enterprise customer's deployment, AIREZ will refer your request to that customer and support their response as a processor.
